Nath / The Boss / best hairdresser in NSW/ACT (according to his peers!)
His school report said he could apply himself a little more, but was very creative.
When he was a kid he wanted to be a footballer.
His style icon is Pharrell.
He’d pick Pizza over Kale Chips ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.
He thinks Lady Ga Ga is interesting and Prince Harry is pretty cool for a Royal.
He believes mullets are making a come back, and scrunchies should be banned.
King of the Bob and Graduation God, Nathan was a member of the highly acclaimed TONI&GUY Australian Artistic Team for 5 years, traversing the country as a sought after stylist and educator. Nathan is also the current Hair Expo NSW/ACT Hairdresser of the Year.
Nathan lives in Mortlake with his very brilliant and very beautiful Bridal Atelier wife Stephanie and their almost one-year-old son Rome.
Josh/Creator of killer cool blondes and Sydney’s best bouncy blo-waves
When he was a kid, Josh wanted to be a Physiotherapist, but his chatty disposition and love for all things beauty drew him to a career in hair.
His favourite type of hair to create is BIG HAIR with lots of shine.
David Beckham provides a style compass for Josh, whilst he names Zendaya as the Greatest Show (wo)man on the planet.
Josh would opt for fries over a kale chip and Vegas over Vanuatu.
He thinks Kombucha is revolting and Pippa Middleton is a page filler.
Josh lives with his partner Didier in Rydalmere.
Steph / Cherry / Nath’s sister / Queen of recommendations for home hair care
Victoria Beckham sits at the top of the style stakes for Steph, whilst Kylie Jenner delivers on the hair hero front.
The last film Steph watched was Paw Patrol Mighty Pups, her last supper would be Oysters with Kris Jenner, Clayton Cardenas and Owen Wilson.
If Steph could jump on a plane tomorrow, she’d head to Maui.
Steph lives with her husband and beautiful boys Beckham and West in sunny Maroubra.
Vicky / Tai
A quintessential Sagittarius, Vicky is a keen traveler, identifiable via her latest book haul that includes “Knowing 40 countries before buying tours and a stash of Lonely Planets paperbacks.
Vicky’s favorite type of hairstyle to create are natural beachy waves, but if a blunt bob will suit you better she’ll tell you straight (another strong Sagittarius trait ).
Being a Hairdresser is something Vicky has wanted to do her entire life. Her clients say that they trust her implicitly and know that they are in the very best hands.
Quinoa doesn’t cut it for Vicky but she can justify Cannoli as covering three major food groups.
Vicky’s fav product is System Professional Alpha Energy, a brilliant remedy for fine or very weak hair.
Vicky was born in Thailand, and now lives in Bexley.
Elyse / Lyse Bebs / Chook
A natural born blonde originating from Sydney’s west, Elyse has a sharp eye for face framing and functional hair fashion. As such Elyse cites Billie Ellish as her style guide, favouring the cool and comfortable, regularly rocking graphic sweats with a side of swagger.
Beer and a good schnitty provide a strong rationale for Munich maintaining pole position within Elyse’s top vacay destinations, although a hop around the Greek islands come a close second.
Our resident crop artist is a pedantic technician and creative colourist in equal parts, her tailored toning and seamless Balayage a definite stand out.
Rebecca / Becks / Irish lass
When she was a kid, Rebecca wanted to be a mermaid, but due to limited job
vacancies she decided that being a hairdresser delivered just as much free spirit and
luscious long hair.
Rebecca believes that a good hairdresser gets to know the human first and then
designs a hairstyle that will suit.
Blake Lively delivers a personal style guide for Rebecca, whilst Becks (David
Beckham) a good map for men’s hairdressing trends.
Kombucha and Rebecca have a love-hate relationship. It’s weird, but yum, but
weird, but she can’t stop drinking it.
Rebecca loves healthy hair that shines and beautiful bouncy blowaves.
Rebecca is from Ireland, but her Australian home is located just outside Wolli Creek
Tayla / Tay / Tee
Loyal, passionate and a total perfectionist this funky twenty something once pondered a career in pre-contemporary Art, but opted into a more modern image making line of work via the world of hair.
Drawn to the vibrant hustle of 1930’s New York where hoodlums, showgirls and everyday dreamers roamed the city, Tayla cites Bugsy Malone as a classic style icon and the vintage wave as top of her style file.
Pizza and Tayla go way back, but hold the pineapple and throw on some extra chilli. As for Naked Bowls – offer her one of those at your own risk.
She can’t get enough of Kevin Murphy Bedroom Hair and thinks Lady Ga Ga is the go to gal of the millennia.
